Our bodies are our greatest gifts. They have been with us in every experience of our lives, during times of sadness and joy, in times of laughter and tears. Our bodies hold the memory of everything that we have done in our lives. If we want to get an inventory of our life, all we need to do is to pay attention to our bodies. The challenge that faces each one of us today is that too many of us do not know how to listen to the language of our bodies, Body pain and illness is often the language that the body uses to inform us when our lives are out of balance and we need to pay attention. The body’s intention is never to harm or threaten us but simply inform us about what we need to know that can help us to live the best quality of life that is available to each one of us.

Through different body wellness practices like Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), Finger Holds, Tapping, Body Movements and other body based processes, you can learn to listen and heal your own body.
